Boilers made of steel

Close Company “Agroresurs’ proposes a new improved series of household gas-fired boilers of the trade mark “Danko” with capacity from 8 to 24 kW. New boilers “Danko”, as distinct from their forerunners are provided with vertical gas conduit and heat exchanger made of steel of improved design.

The following changes were directed to the improvement of operating characteristics of the heating devices:

• decrease of overall dimensions;
• acceleration of boiler heating;
• decrease of gas consumption for 2%;
• decrease of boilers height until the kitchen furniture level, which allows them to blend with any interior;
• simplification of boiler jointing to the chimney;
• improvement of draft;
• increase of efficiency by reverse balance.

Boilers of this series are made both single-pressure and with hot-water supply function. The main welded tubular heat exchanger is made of 3 mm thick high quality steel. The gas conduits of the heat exchanger are made of a number of fire tubes in which there are installed spiral turbolators. This ensures maximal convective heat exchange of outlet flue gases, rapid heat-transfer medium heating in the heat exchanger and maximal efficiency of the boiler. For boilers completing there are used:

• safety and control devices SIT, Honeywell and Kare;
• imported injector short-flame burners made of high quality heat –resisting stainless steel, which provide maximal gas combustion and stable flame even when the pressure falls to 635 Pa.

In double-function boilers for water heating for household needs is used a copper flowing coil-pipe - water heater, which is mounted in the main heat exchanger.

In modern conditions of gas supply the energy-saving boilers “Danko” satisfy the demands of the customers ideally.

In 2007 before a new heating season CC “Agroresurs” elaborated and proposes consumers a new series of boilers “Danko” with the capacity of 8-24 kW equipped with a device “Kolchuha” which is aimed at water treatment by pulse dynamic electromagnetic field due to which water loses its property to form solid scale for a certain period and solves existing water stone. The boilers of this series do not need any additional maintenance, any expenditure materials, they consume a small quantity of energy, exclude application of chemical reagents, that is why they are ecologically safe. The device “Kolchuha” is mounted inside the boiler “Danko” on the outlet pipe of the heat exchanger, that is why the above boilers do not differ from their analogues in their exterior aspect.

Under the present conditions of gas supply energy saving boilers “Danko” perfectly satisfy the requirements of consumers.
