Assortment

1. CC “Agroresurs” manufactures gas-fired and coal-fired boilers, gas-fired convectors, gas-fired flowing water heater “Danko” and “Rivneterm”.
2. Assortment of products numbers more than 130 modifications with capacity ranging from 2,5 to 100 kW:
   • floor-type and wall-type;
   • with hermetically sealed combustion chamber (“parapet”) and with open combustion chamber (“flue”);
   • with steel, cast iron and copper heat exchanger;
   • single-pressure and double-pressure boilers (with hot water supply system for everyday needs);
   • boilers with and without autonomous power supply;

All above mentioned allows consumers to choose the most efficiently a heating device according to specific requirements (heating area, presence of chimney, necessity of gas and water supply, forced or natural circulation heat transfer agent).

Complete set

1. Steel heat exchanger:
   • heat exchanger is made of 3 mm thick steel of high quality which guarantees long term boiler operating;
   • special heat exchanger design – fire tubes are installed under the angle which provides 90-92 % efficiency;
   • heat exchanger spiral turbulators are made of 1 mm thick steel, they increase boiler efficiency and reduce soot formation to minimum;
   • due to inclined position of tubes in heat exchanger the height of boiler is adjusted to standard kitchen furniture dimensions (850 mm);
   • use of vertical chimney instead of the horizontal one makes boiler installation considerably easier. It also provides the temperature of waste gases not less than 100 0 C, which prevents formation of moisture in chimneys and their destruction.
2. Cast iron heat exchanger:
   1. Czech heat exchanger produced by Viadrus (the most famous European cast iron manufacturer) is used;
   2. Is characterized by large heat transfer area with high coefficient of convective heat transfer which provides boiler operation efficiency;
   3. Expansion coefficient of such a type of cast iron has low parameters which makes the boiler less sensitive to temperature fluctuations;
   4. Has practically unlimited operating period.
3. Copper heat exchanger – in wall-type boilers Italian monothermal plate heat exchanger Giannoni.
4. HWS heat exchanger – high quality copper tube Sanko from the German group of companies KME is used in the capacity of second circuit in boilers.
5. Safety and control automatic system – 3 kinds of automatic systems from leading world manufacturers – Honeywell (the USA), EuroSit (Italy), Kare (Poland) are used which provide secure trouble-free effective operation in the absence of a user. Each of the above systems is characterized by simplicity of design and program control option.
6. Burners – atmospheric gas heat-resistant stainless steel burners KALETKA (Poland), Polidoro (Italy), Worgas (Italy) are manufactured by special technology of holes and slots treatment, which provide the most complete effective gas combustion.
7. Thermal insulation – highly efficient heat-resistant French thermal insulation ISOVER, all sides of heat exchanger are insulated, insulation layer thickness is not less than 50 mm, which reduces boiler heat energy consumption and increases production efficiency.

Production

1. Quality of products is achieved due to modern highly technological production equipment:
   • stamping line made by Amada (Japan) provides highly technological sheet stamping with minimal operating costs which guarantees high accuracy of stamping according to design drawings, quality of pieces and reducing production defects to minimum;
   • electro-mechanical sheet-bending presses made by “Finn-Power” (Finland) and “AMADA” (Japan) provide accurate bending and preservation of symmetric proportions of the boiler body parts.
   • automated powder painting line Ideal-Line (Denmark) carries out degreasing, antirust treatment and highly qualitative powder painting of boiler coating without man’s participation. Powder painting allows consumers not to doubt the quality of exterior aspect of product CC “Agroresurs”.
   • assembly conveyer allows to reduce considerably products assembly time, increases labor productivity and makes it impossible for defect products to get to the next assembly section;
   • testing of newly elaborated devices is carried out in the modern testing laboratory of the plant. It allows to reduce time period between elaboration of new kinds of products and their serial production.
2. Reliable and comfortable packing made of quality cardboard guarantees secure transportation of products, inner polyethylene bag provides multiple packing and unpacking if necessary.
3. Before being stored in a warehouse every boiler undergoes a series of tests and final quality control.
4. All the products manufactured by CC “Agroresurs” are certified and meet quality requirements.
5. Operating period: boilers with steel heat exchanger – not less than 15 years; boilers with cast iron heat exchanger – not less than 25 years
6. Guarantee – 36 months from the date of production of boiler.
