In case your card was "eaten" by the ATM it is necessary to wait for about three-five minutes as the ATM has special technical processes (transfers) several times per day, which last 5-10 minutes, that enlarges a servicing time of a card a little. If the card is not returned, it is necessary to address the special service of the bank’s support on telephone numbers: 719-40-09 or 715-52-73.

What should a person do if he found the loss of money from his plastic card?

If there is a loss of money from a card (or account of loading) it is necessary first of all to check up a condition of the account of loading, then balance of a card (instrument "cheque" and instrument "purse"), as some users because of their carelessness instead of reception cash from the account of loading "throw" the money to the card account. How can one choose a plastic card correctly? Which criteria is it necessary to pay attention to?

While choosing a payment card, first of all the client should pay attention to the following aspects.

 

First of all the main types of cards are:

  • National System of Mass Electron Payments (NSMEP);
  • International payment systems – Visa, Master.
  • debit card;
  • credit card.

Whereas a thief, having a magnetic card of another person, can try to buy goods in a shop at the expense of the absent-minded owner, not knowing a code.
