We gladly provide airport transfer service for all our clients. Our driver will pick you up at the airport and transfer you directly to the reserved apartment in a timely and safe manner. If you do not speak Russian or Ukrainian, local taxi drivers may overcharge you, in addition your safety is never fully guaranteed. Our drivers have comfortable cars for airport transfers. Rate does not include taking your friends to the airport with our driver.

FAQ
How
do I make Airport/ Railway transfer reservation?
We provide airport/railway transfer for our customers who are going to stay in one of our apartments, If you need airport/railway, bus station transfer, please go to our Apartment page, choose an apartment/s and make your reservation (Add apartments you like in your Cart). Please, indicate that you need transfer and choose the type of a car. Payment for the transfer will be made in Kiev together with the balance for apartment payment.
If you are not going to stay at our apartments, please make your transfer reservation on Car page. Simply add the car you want to reserve to your cart. In this case payment in advance is necessary.
How
I will recognize your driver?
Our driver will be waiting for you at the airport terminal "Arrivals" with your name written on paper. It is in front of the exit from the terminal gate, just as you leave customs. Please stay near terminal gate inside the "arrivals" hall for our driver to find you. When you exit the terminal, look for your name.
If for some reason you cannot see our driver, please call our office/cell
phone, provided to you after reservation. Kiev Rent manager will
call the driver to identify where you are located. In this case
the most common place to meet is near Information bureau. Our driver
will wait for you in case of any delays (luggage, passport control etc.).
You do not need to worry if you experience a delay. We check if there
are any delays online prior to the plane arrival.
Can I make reservation for Airport/ Railway transfer if I do not plan to stay
at your Apartment?
If you reserve airport VIP-service we provide
you with the airport transfer as well. If you need the airport
transfer only, please contact us and our Manager will inform you about
its availability.
Why
should I reserve the transfer from your service?
We have professional drivers to pick you up at the airport and transfer you to the reserved apartment. We consider your safety issue as well as want you to avoid being overcharged if you are not a native Russian or Ukrainian speaker.
Our drivers know the shortest routes and all apartment locations to ensure your prompt and comfortable ride.
In those rare cases of changing the apartment (if any problem occurs), all drivers are informed about new apartment address by cell phones. Our prices are quite reasonable compared to Kiev taxi service (they charge around 20$ one way, to and from airport, 5-10$ for parking, and extra for waiting).
If
I have my own driver how can I get to apartment?
If you do not plan on using our PICK UP/TRANSFER services please call KIEVRENT 1 hour prior to your check in time. Our manager will give you the apartment address, and will meet you there to sign the rent agreement (in English), take your payment and give you the keys. On your departure day our manager will check for any damage/problem caused and return your security/damage deposit.
Can I reserve a car without driver?
Feel free to choose a car and provide us with your arrival details. Our partner RES car rental, Kiev, Ukraine will deliver the car directly to the airport. Sending on-line prepayment for 1 day of rent completes reservation. We provide only reservation of this service and all documents; agreement and deposit payment must be concluded with car owner - Rental firm.
