At 9:45 am, July 23, the PRESS CENTER of the Ukrainian News agency was hosted a PRESS CONFERENCE entitled “The presentation of TELENOR’s financial results for the second quarter of 2009.”

Participants:

• Trond Moe, head of the Telenor Group representation in Ukraine;
• Anastasia Hoholeva, foreign relations director of the Telenor Group in Ukraine;
• Oleksii Didkovskyi, legal advisor of the Telenor Group in Ukraine.

Telenor representatives was presented financial results of the company for the second quarter of 2009, focusing on the Ukrainian and Russian markets.

The presentation will be in English with a simultaneous translation. The financial reporting for the second quarter and presentations in English will be available in English at the following website www.telenor.com/ir .
