At present tax and customs issues are poignant both for business units and for individuals. On the one hand, it is explained by the aspiration of Ukraine to turn the above mentioned relations into international (and first and foremost - European) ones, and, on the other hand, to resolve the issues of effective replenishing of the State treasury. The latter appears to be notably acute in the course of current financial crisis. The lack of the clear State politics in this sphere, as well as underdeveloped legislation, brings for the conflict situations, which arise between taxpayers and the regulatory authorities. Lately the number of such conflict situations has been increasing, despite the declarative principle of “partnership” in relations with the taxpayers.
