  • For you peace of mind we do not ask for credit card details neither for prepayments, etc. Havever we ask for notification in case of any changes. We respect your business and expect it in return.
  • If you fail to arrive we will deem this a "no-show" and expect an amount equal to full fare of one way trip to be paid as a penalty (full fare of one way trip even if you booked return). We will keep car parking receipts for at least one year as a proof that we were at the airport to meet your flight.
  • If you book the wrong size of car for your journey IE its too small we will are under no obligation to supply a larger car. We will however try our best to get you a larger car for which you will pay any additional charges.
