* for accredited travel agencies – Wednesday 9.30 – 10.00 (or on general conditions on weekdays 10.00 – 12.00).
* for groups - only in case of pre-registration by telephone.
Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Estonian and Ukrainian national holidays (Public Holidays).
The appointments on all other consular matters (Estonian passport, residence permit, other documents) are held at 14:00 – 16:00 only in case of pre-registration:

Consular Section of The Embassy of Estonia in Kiev provides consular service to the citizens of Ukraine and Moldova (except Schengen C type visa applications which are to be applied at the Common Visa Application Center in Chisinau: www.cac.md).
