Partners of Konnov & Sozanovsky took part in the 7th International M&A conference of International Bar Association (IBA) which took place in New York.

The main topics of discussion at the conference were the leading tendencies and situation on the world merging and acquisition market, particulars of legal support of the transactions and the most interesting issues in shareholders’ relations area. Konnov & Sozanovsky was represented by Alexey Pustovit, a partner and head of the competition law department and Borys Lobovyk, a partner and head of commercial law and contracts department.
