Among the partners of our Firm we would like to name Horizon Capital Associates, LLC (USA). It is a private equity fund manager that originates and manages investments in mid-cap companies with outstanding growth and profit potential in Ukraine and Moldova. Horizon Capital successfully manages Western NIS Enterprise Fund (WNISEF), which we are also proud to name as one of our partners. WNISEF is a $150 million regional private equity fund, a pioneer in Ukraine and Moldova with more than a decade of successful experience investing in small and medium-sized companies. Since its foundation, WNISEF has invested approximately $114 million in a range of industries with a concentration on fast moving consumer goods, construction materials, packaging, retail, and financial services. Another client of us is TASK Companies Group, which includes an asset management company, securities trader and investment company.
Our lawyers have incorporated wholly-owned subsidiaries of "Leco Instrumente Plzeň spol. s r.o" (Czech Republic) with subsequent representation of its interests; incorporated new joint stock companies, whose control packet of shares belongs to "Ferroli S.P.A." (Italy), "Margaritelli Kaelin S.A." (Luxemburg). Also, our lawyers provided a legal escort for a transaction on purchasing of corporate rights belonging to "CTC Media, Inc."(USA) in "Music Radio, LLC" (Ukraine) on behalf of American company.
One of our clients, "Music Radio, LLC," we provided services on licenses obtaining for the right of TV and radio broadcasting in the National Council of Ukraine on TV and radio broadcasting.
