Konnov & Sozanovsky is continually expanding list of available legal and administrative positions. We scrupulously review all incoming resumes, welcoming them not only from experienced lawyers, but also from very bright, motivated young lawyers without previous experience, and from those aspiring to secretarial and administrative positions.

 Lawyer to Competition Law Department

 

Experience: 

 At least 2 years of work experience at the law firm working with foreign/international companies. 

Requirements: 

Degree in Law, good knowledge of Ukrainian corporate law, legal drafting (Memoranda, Legal Opinions, Due-Diligence etc.), autonomous work experience with mergers and acquisitions projects, knowledge of English (Upper-Intermediate and Legal English).

Lawyer to Intellectual Property Law department

 

Experience: 

 At least 2 years of work experience at the law firm or patent and law firm.

Requirements: 

Degree in Law, good knowledge of Ukrainian intellectual property law, basic knowledge of procedural (remedial) legislation, knowledge of English (Upper-Intermediate and Legal English).
