It handles arbitration and litigation, internationally and locally, with a particular focus on corporate litigation. Led by the head of the litigation practice Oleksiy Filatov, it recently represented Ofer Kerzner in a shareholders’ dispute with real estate company First Ukrainian Development over 15% of the shares in the company. It also acted for Eurosport in several matters involving infringement of trade marks, copyright and neighbouring rights in Ukraine. The team is currently advising Seven Hills on the development and construction aspects of a major residential project in Kyiv. It was also instructed by Globus Asset Management to advise on the Golden Beach development, a hotel and multistorey residential project on the coast near Yalta in the Crimea.
