The holding is open to initiative, creative experts striving for professional growth. Vacancies are filled in a competitive selection, considering the needs and prospects for company development. The system of short-listing consists of the following stages:
filling the application;
testing;
interview with the personnel department head;
interview with the structural unit head.

Selected candidates are invited to the company for some trial period and undergo the complex of adaptation measures. The trial period makes two months. On consent of sides it can be prolonged or cut in case the candidate is enrolled or does not meet the company's requirements. Successful candidates are offered full-time job.
