Club Residences

There are club residences of three types in the complex. They are different in size, purpose, design and architecture-planning solutions:

- respectable mansions,

- cozy cottages,

- practical and convenient lane houses.

With all the differences, each type of these residences aims at one focus group of status consumers that have diverse individual preferences in choosing suburban residence based of its purpose and desired lifestyle.

General plan of «GolfStream» Project has an overall concept of residential buildings. It identifies additional local construction standards, regulations and brings into line stylistic emphases of facade solutions.

In general, engineering infrastructure of the complex meets requirements of the first category. This applies to internal utilities (water, electricity, sewage, heat and gas supply), to organization of relief, runoff waters, vertical layout of streets and roads and availability of outdoor lighting. Installed telecommunication network of data transmission is based on GPON technology. That will provide residents with multilevel package services, including «Fiber to the Home» (FTTH – fiber channel into home), services «Triple play» (voice, broadband Internet access, TV and video), etc.

Symbolically marked green fences between sites help to maintain perception integrity of environment. Area of 1 ha surrounds each mansion, which assures ultra-low density of buildings.

Total area of mansions is not less than 800 m². A customer can choose a project from several options and make changes according to personal preferences. Number of bedrooms varies from 4 to 5 and they all are equipped with a bathing cabinet and a wardrobe room. There are separate rooms for servants, guards and governesses. Besides a standard set of additional recreational areas, like a billiard room, a winter garden or a home library, the mansions have specialized facilities. They include cigar rooms, wine cellars, repositories for art objects, etc. In doing so, individual projects allow to develop any extra idea of a client: from a pool with seawater and up to a private zoo.

The second type of club residences covers cottages with up to 500 m². Such house is a comfortable suburban family residence, excluding round-the-clock presence of staff in private lives of its owners.

And finally, there are lane houses. Total area of each house hardly reaches 200 m². These compact architectural ensembles will have clearly expressed character of the Club environment. They support the same high standards of living and can be used for comfortable sport leisure, unofficial club meetings, one-day rest etc. Particular attention is paid to landscape architecture and design of each residence zone. In addition to landscape architects and engineers, we invited experts in the field of landscape art and decorative gardening to execute the project.

Club residences of GolfStream Project will represent a consistent architectural and landscape complex. Due to its aesthetical and functional significance, it will be undoubtedly unique in Ukraine.
