The closed-end JSC «ASNOVA holding» was founded in 2003 as a managing company for co-ordination of business of companies which belong presently to its structure.
First company of holding – «SAVSERVIÑÅ» - began the activity in 1992 from the wholesale and retail trade of consumer's goods. Àt the present time in composition of holding are working 14 enterprises. Stable work is provided by 5 500 persons of personnel. Turnover of company in 2007-2008 fiscal year made 2062 million of Uah. The amount of payment, transferred by the enterprises of "ASNOVA holding" in the treasury of the state on results 2008, made 171. 86 million Uah.
