The Bank "Kontrakt"  provides private persons with the following cash services:

1. Opening and accompanying accounts of private persons in national and foreign currencies
2. Opening and accompanying multi-currency accounts 
3. Payments with and without opening accounts
4. Transfers to private persons 
5. Acceptance of cash to be paid to a legal entity (without concluding agreement with a legal entity)
6. Services of daily and night cash offices 
7. Information and consultancy services on account keeping

Transfer to a private person

The Bank "Kontrakt" offers fast and convenient transfer to a private person, who can easily receive cash in national currency or in USD. You can enjoy using SOFT and Western Union systems.

The TFB "Kontrakt"  guarantees security of its customers’ cash transfers.

You can transfer and receive money at the Main operational division at the address: 63/12, Kostyantinivska Str., Kyiv,
and at the Head Office of the Kontrakt Bank at the address:
58, Vozdvyzhenska Str., Kyiv (near Andreyevskiy Spousk).
All you need is just a passport.

Working hours
Monday to Friday: 9.00 - 19.00, no break.
Saturday: 10.00 - 14.00, no break.

"Customer-Bank"
The Customer-Bank system of distant control of banking accounts provides for total control over real-time cash flow.
The Customer-Bank system allows private persons to:

1.  promptly register and realize cash transfer from one’s own account in terms of the Ukrainian Law;

2.  get cash flow receipts.

Our experts are ready to functionally modernize the Customer-Bank system in conformity with your needs.

GSM-banking
The Bank "Kontrakt"  customers are provided with an opportunity of prompt receiving the information on cash flow at one’s account, account balance and, if wanted, other useful information using the GSM-banking.

Using the GSM-banking allows to:

Have access to information on account status, constant control over cash use;

Minimize the risk of unauthorized use of cash from one’s account;

Receive, at one’s choice, SMS-reports to one’s mobile phone or letters to any of the customer’s E-mail addresses;

Choose message structure (necessary information to be selected in the application form) of the report received.

To receive this service the Bank customers need to fill in the application form.  The application form can be obtained here
