At 12:00 pm, March 26, the PRESS CENTER of the Ukrainian News agency was l hosted a press conference-presentation of the results of expert poll entitled “Important issues of housing and public utility reformation. Energy saving.”

The poll focused mainly on the selection of regions, whose authorities are most adequate or inadequate regarding the introduction of the energy saving technologies in the sector of the housing and public utility.

Participants:

• Situations Modeling Agency director Vitalii Bala,
• Situations Modeling Agency deputy director Oleksii Holobutskyi.

Issues:

• State of introduction of energy saving technologies in regions;
• Prospects of reformation of the housing-public utility sector, political aspect;
• State of the dialogue between authorities and business on the reformation of the housing and public utility sector;
• Retrograde views of the local authorities regarding the energy saving technologies – threat to Euro 2012 in Ukraine.
