Maksym Lavrynovych, Managing Partner Prior to founding "Lavrynovych & Partners", Maksym Lavrynovych practiced law in several top-tier international law firms, advising a wide range of Fortune 500 companies as well as Ukrainian companies. In 2001, Maksym joined the Tax & Legal Department of "Andersen" ("Arthur Andersen") and continued working at "Ernst & Young" ("EY Law") after the two companies were merged in Ukraine. He maintained a leading role at "Ernst & Young", coordinating a diverse portfolio of clients, and while managing the work of the Legal Department – was responsible for a large number of complex transactions involving corporate, banking and finance law. Maksym is highly regarded as a practitioner in Antitrust and competition regulation. He has an impressive track record in terms of representing clients in court and international arbitration tribunals, and features as one of the top lawyers in Ukraine . Maksym Lavrynovych holds a Master of International Law and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations degree, and is a leading scholar in both fields.
