GENERAL TERMS OF PARTICIPATING IN THE EXHIBITIONS
held at JSC «Specialized exhibition center»

1. JSC «Specialized exhibition center» (name hereinafter «Organizer of the exhibition») gives the Participant of the exhibition exhibition spaces, additional equipment and other services during mounting, conducting and dismounting of the exposition, according to the application of the Participant of the exhibition.
2. The Participant of the exhibition is allowed to participate in the exhibition only after the Organizer of the exhibition has received the application and the complete payment for the participation in the exhibition. Untimely or incomplete payment leads to exemption of liabilities of the Organizer of the exhibition before the Participant of the exhibition.

MOUNTING AND DISMOUNTING

3. The Participant of the exhibition begins mounting the exposition only after accepting the exhibition spaces and additional equipment ordered by him from the Organizer of the exhibition, according to the deed of acceptance.
4. The Participant of the exhibition shall realize mounting and dismounting works in the terms indicated in the terms of participating in the certain exhibition. In case the Participant’s not realizing mounting and dismounting works in the given terms, the Participant draws up an application to be permitted to realize mounting (dismounting) works and pays for the given services according to the invoice put forward by the Organizer.
5. In case the Participant’s not keeping the requirements indicated in point 4 of the present Terms of participating in the exhibitions, the Participant pays a fine at the rate of 5% of the cost of the application per each hour of realizing mounting (dismounting) works.
6. The exhibition spaces not occupied by the Participant by the end of mounting works are considered free, and the Organizer has the right to use them at his discretion. At that, the Participant, who has not occupied his booth by the end of mounting works, is given other exhibition spaces at the discretion of the Organizer for the cost of the exhibition services ordered.
7. The Participant of the exhibition shall use the exhibition spaces given to him only in accordance with the aims and topics of the exhibition, keep safety standards, fire-prevention and sanitary rules. The transfer of the exhibition spaces to another party is prohibited.
8. The exhibition services ordered during mounting the exposition and during staging the exhibition are paid for using a twofold tariff and are given only after the payment.
9. The participant of the exhibition has the right to begin dismounting the exposition only after the closing of the exhibition. In case the Participant’s pre-term departure (before the closing of the exhibition), the Participant pays a fine at the rate of 5% of the cost of the application.
10. After the closing of the exhibition, the Participant shall return the exhibition spaces and the additional equipment to the Organizer according to the deed of acceptance. The Participant’s departure from the territory of the exhibition center is realized on the basis of the pass given by the Organizer.
11. In case the Participant’s not leaving the exhibition spaces timely after the end of dismounting works, the Participant of the exhibition pays for the cost of the occupied spaces per each day of delay according to the prices of the Organizer indicated in the terms of participating in the certain exhibition.

REALIZING HANDLING OPERATIONS

12. The Organizer realizes handling operations on the basis of the application of the Participant on the assumption of the Participant’s realizing the following requirements:
• The exhibits requiring handling operations shall be located on the demountable pallets and be accompanied with the scheme of the strapping with the indication of the weight of the cargo (gross, net) and load on the parts of the strap.
• The equipment located in the container shall be accompanied with the scheme of the strapping with the indication of the information about the imbalance of the container (cargo).
• The handling operations are realized on the open grounds.
13. In case of realizing handling operations without the official application, taking into account the requirements indicated in point 12 of the present Terms of participating in the exhibitions, the Organizer exempts of liabilities for possible damages of the exhibits during handling operations.

RESPONSIBILITY AND SAFETY

14. The Organizer solves all the problems appearing during the exhibition with the representative of the Participant acting on the basis of power of attorney. The booth at the exhibition shall be supervised by the representatives of the Participant during the whole period of the working hours of the exhibition (8:00-18:00). During the working hours of the exhibition, the Organizer does not bear responsibility for the loss or damage of the exhibits staged at the exhibition.
15. The Organizer of the exhibition shall provide the guard of the exhibits of the Participant of the exhibition during the night (18:00-8:00). In case of the loss or damage of the exhibits during this period, the Organizer shall compensate the loss to the Participant, according to the act and within 7 days since the moment of producing the demand.
16. In case the Participant’s doing damage to the exhibition equipment, the Participant of the exhibition shall compensate the loss to the Organizer, according to the act, by paying the Organizer for its full cost according to the local market prices and within 7 days since the moment of producing the demand.
17. In case the Participant’s doing damage to the exhibition spaces, the Participant of the exhibition shall compensate the loss to the Organizer, according to the act, by paying the Organizer for the full cost of the repair of the exhibition spaces within 7 days since the moment of producing the demand.
18. The Organizer keeps the right to hold the property of the Participant in the exhibition area until all the demands towards him are satisfied.
19. In case of canceling the exhibition or impossibility of its holding in connection with any circumstances, including the force majeur, the Organizer shall return the full cost of the participation in the exhibition to the Participant within 10 days since the day of the official notification about canceling of the exhibition event.

CATALOGUE OF THE EXHIBITION

20. The Participant of the exhibition shall give the information to the official catalogue of the exhibition in the format indicated in the application for participating in the exhibition. The Organizer of the exhibition does not guarantee the allocation of the information in the official catalogue of the exhibition.
