ULGroup is a fast-developing association of law companies specialized in providing complex legal support of the activities carried out by small and medium businesses in Ukraine and internationally.
By now ULGroup is represented and operating in Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Dniprodzerzhinsk, Cherkasy, Poltava and Kryvyi Rih. The head office of the Association is located in Kyiv, Ukraine.
The Association is an integral structure including 6 law companies – Norma Kharkiv LLC, Legal Consulting Company LLC, Ukrainian Law Company LLC, YuKKO LLC, Legal Alliance LLC, Yurinform Plus Affiliated Company. ULGroup established permanent representation and has its offices in Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Dniprodzerzhynsk, Cherkasy, Poltava and Kryvyi Rih.
After having joined our experience and personnel potential in 2005 we received a significant impetus to develop the professionalism of our team and to extend the scope of our activities for the last two years.
Nowadays we are a team of 100 people. 70 of us are practicing lawyers and law theory scholars in the sphere of law science. Our client base includes the companies occupying leading positions in the following business sectors – telecommunications, machine building, hotel and travel business, chemical industry etc.
While performing our joint activities we accumulated huge experience in providing legal support to large investment projects in construction business and other major transactions with real estate, business purchase transactions, performance of due diligence procedures, reorganizations etc. We are successfully representing the interests of our customers in their relations with counterparties at various government agencies of Ukraine and, in particular, Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (ÀÌCU), State Tax Administration (STA), National Committee on Radio Communication (NCRC), State Committee on Securities and Stock Market (SCSSM), State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPFU), State Committee on Entrepreneurship (SCE) and others. We have in our account hundreds of won lawsuits in the courts including the resonance court cases against central government agencies of Ukraine.
