Lloyds TSB Group plc is a banking and insurance group in the United Kingdom. It was formed in 1995 by the merger of Lloyds Bank and the Trustee Savings Bank (TSB). The Group's head office is at 25 Gresham Street, London. The registered office in Scotland is Henry Duncan House, George Street, Edinburgh.
Lloyds TSB is currently the fifth largest banking group in the UK. However it has lagged behind the growth of other UK banks, most notably the Royal Bank of Scotland.
