The descriptions of the DVDs and the key information about the DVDs are in English. When you are ready to watch the DVDs, you may find that the menu is only in Russian or Ukrainian. Look for the word У”становкаФ or УязыкФ on the menu, which means УSet upФ in Russian. From this setting, you should be able to select the English language version and your choice of subtitles. DVDs sold by Yakaboo can only be played using a DVD player set to Zone 5, or a multi-zone player. DVD players from the USA are usually set to Zone 1, and players from the UK and Europe are usually set to Zone 2. If you want to have your DVD player zone changed, there are a number of service centers in Kyiv which provide this service for a reasonable fee. Music, Games, Soft, Audio books Yakaboo offers a wide range of music, computer games, programs and audio books, some of which are available in English, and some only in Russian or Ukrainian. There are no English descriptions of these items on the website, but many of the items have English titles and track names, and it is possible to listen to sample tracks for many of the music albums. Please check the product information on the website for the language options. Yakaboo English Language Service We try to make sure that our English language service is as convenient as possible for our customers. We will reply to any enquiries you send us in English within one or two days. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that our Call Center operators will be able to answer all your enquiries in English, but we will certainly try! All the Yakaboo printed materials are in English, including the receipts for your orders, and information about our services. If you have any suggestions about how to improve our English language service, please do write to us at support@yakaboo.com . How to Make an Order How to order To make an order, please first complete the registration form. Once you have registered, you can add goods to your Order Basket by clicking on the УBuyФ or УRentФ buttons. Your Order Basket will automatically appear on the right hand side of your screen, and you will see the total amount to pay. When you are ready to place your order, click on the УPlace an OrderФ button. Then follow the simple steps to choose an address, date and time of delivery and payment method. When you have completed the ordering steps, you will see a screen that confirms your order and tells you the date, time and order number. Once you have placed an order with Yakaboo, the order will be delivered at exactly the date and time you chose. There is no need to call or confirm Ц we are always on time with our deliveries. Wish list The Wish List is a good place to keep items that you donТt want to purchase or rent immediately. You can add an unlimited number of items to the Wish List, and either place an order or delete them from your list at any time. Pre-order If you see the УPre-orderФ button, it means that the item is temporarily out of stock. If you make a УPre-orderФ then we will send you an e-mail as soon as the item is available, so you can choose whether to make a purchase or not. Canceling an Order To cancel an order more than 2 hours before the order is due to be delivered, please click on the УCurrent OrderФ button in your УWelcome BoxФ at the top right hand side of the screen. You will be shown your current order, and you will need to click on the УCancel OrderФ button to cancel it. If it is less than 2 hours before the order is due to be delivered, please send us an e-mail at support@yakaboo.com and we will cancel the order for you. DVD Rental General Information Yakaboo is the first and only company in Ukraine to offer rental of licensed DVDs. We are proud of our collection of 10 000 DVDs on offer, and we hope you will enjoy our service. DVD rental is only available in Kyiv, and the DVDs are delivered by courier to you at a time of your choice (see Delivery and Cost of Delivery in Kyiv). You can rent up to 5 DVDs at one time, and the rental period is 10 days. You will receive a receipt for every order you make. Security Deposit Clients who would like to use the DVD rental services are obliged to pay a security deposit of 150 hrivna before using the service. This is a one time payment which will be fully refunded on request if you decide to stop using the DVD rental services. Return of Security Deposit If you would like to have the security deposit returned in cash, you must come to the Yakaboo office, located in Podil, and present a copy of your identification (ideally, this will be a passport). It is also possible for a representative to collect the deposit if they have a copy of your identification. Please note that the security deposit can only be returned in full if all the DVD rental disks have been returned, and there is no outstanding debt on your account. Alternatively, you can send us an e-mail at support@yakaboo.com requesting that the security deposit be placed on your account credit, and then place an order to buy goods at your convenience. Payment Please note that you will receive a receipt for every order you place at Yakaboo. Payment is accepted only in Ukrainian hrivna. Cash Payment in Kyiv When you place an order for delivery in Kyiv, please pay cash to the Yakaboo courier who brings you your order. The courier will have a list with the amount required to pay. Please write the amount given to the courier on the list, and sign it. Please do try to have the correct money ready for the courier, as we cannot guarantee to give exact change. In the event that we cannot provide change, the additional sum will be added to your account, and you will be able to see it the following day by logging on to the website. Payment on Delivery (Ukraine) If you wish to place an order in Ukraine to a city other than Kyiv, then you can chose to pay by УPayment on Delivery.Ф If you choose this option, we will send you your order as soon as you have made it, and when the order has arrived at the Post Office, you can come to collect it and pay directly at the Post Office. The cost of delivery by post is 15 hrivna. Payment by Card If you would like to pay by credit card, you can pay using the secure service www.portmone.com. Just choose this option when you are asked to select a payment method while placing your order. Please note it is not possible to pay for DVD rental services by credit card. Payment for DVD Rental Services Payment for DVD rental services is only accepted in cash. The payment should be made to the Yakaboo courier when he brings your order. Please write the amount paid to the courier on the sheet provided, and sign it. You will receive a receipt for every order you make. Delivery General Information The Yakaboo delivery service works 365 days a year, delivering your orders in the shortest time possible. If you live in Kyiv, we can deliver on the same day that you place your order. If you live outside of Kyiv, we will post your order on the same day you make it, and you will receive it within a few days. Delivery and Cost of Delivery in Kyiv When you place an order to a Kyiv address, you will be asked to choose one of four delivery intervals: 10:00Ч13:00 13:00Ч16:00 16:00Ч19:00 19:00Ч21:00 Please choose which interval is most convenient for you, and we will deliver your order to you at that time. Our delivery system is 100% guaranteed, and we have never missed an order Ц even in the ice and snow! Once you have placed your order, you can be sure that it will be delivered at the time you have chosen. Please note that you must place an order at least 1 hour before the start of the delivery interval in order to ensure that it will be delivered at the time of your choice. For orders of 150 hrivna and above, delivery is free. For orders of less than 150 hrivna, delivery is 15 hrivna. Delivery and Cost of Delivery in Ukraine If you live outside Kyiv then we can deliver your order to you by post, using the УUkrPoshtaФ service. We post the order on the day that you place the order, and it takes from 3 to 7 working days to arrive. When your order has arrived at the local Post Office, you will receive a note asking you to pick up the parcel. At the Post Office, you will have to show your identification in order to receive your order. For orders of 150 hrivna and above, delivery is free. For orders of less than 150 hrivna, delivery is 15 hrivna. Delivery Outside of Ukraine The goods that Yakaboo sells on its website are licensed to be sold only within the territory of Ukraine. This means that we are unable to send orders abroad to other countries. In order to purchase goods from Yakaboo, you have to have a Ukrainian address to which we can deliver any orders you make. Damaged or Lost Items Quality of Items Yakaboo offers for sale licensed multimedia goods that are produced both in Ukraine and abroad. Yakaboo does not control the production quality of the goods, and occasionally goods are either damaged or of a lesser quality. Our guarantee is that the DVDs purchased from Yakaboo will play on a correctly zoned DVD player (Zone 5). We cannot guarantee that the DVDs will play on personal computers or other media, as this may affect the quality or other elements of the performance. If the Item you have Purchased is Damaged If the item you have purchased from Yakaboo is damaged in any way, we will be happy to either replace the item with a new one (weТll check it before we send it to you); or if we donТt have a replacement in stock, then we can either add the refund money to your account or refund you the cash. If you chose to collect the cash for the item, we will ask you to come to the Yakaboo office, located in Podil, as we cannot deliver cash refunds to our customers by courier. Alternatively, you can send a representative with your identification to collect the refund. Please note that for all exchanges and refunds, you will have to present the original receipt, and the goods with their original packaging. The goods must have the УhologramФ sign on them in order for us to accept them for refund or exchange. If you chose to exchange your goods or choose a replacement, you will not be charged for delivery of the replacement goods. If the DVD you have Rented is Damaged If the DVD you have rented is damaged, then we will deliver you a replacement DVD if we have it in stock. If we donТt have it in stock, then you can either choose a new DVD for rental, or we will add credit from the DVD rental to your account. If you chose a replacement DVD, it will be delivered free of charge. Any difference in price will need to be paid to the courier at time of delivery, or if the price is less, the difference will be added to your account as credit. If your DVD DoesnТt Play If the DVD you have rented or purchase from Yakaboo doesnТt play, please check that your DVD player is correctly tuned to Zone 5. DVD players from the USA are usually set to Zone 1, and players from the UK and Europe are usually set to Zone 2. If you want to have your DVD player zone changed, there are a number of service centers in Kyiv which provide this service for a reasonable fee. Please note that DVDs provided by Yakaboo are only guaranteed to play on DVD players. We cannot guarantee that they will play on personal computers or other media. If you have Damaged or Lost a Rental DVD If you have damaged or lost a rental DVD, then you will be charged a standard fee of 70 hrivna. Please inform the Yakaboo courier when you return your DVDs, or send us an e-mail at support@yakaboo.com.
