October PRAVEX-BANK (Bank of Intesa Sanpaolo Group) supporting initiative of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Italy became General sponsor of VIII week of Italian language in Ukraine.

On June 27 Intesa Sanpaolo and majority shareholders of JSCB “PRAVEX-BANK” finalized the process of purchase by Intesa Sanpaolo of 100% of share capital of JSCB “PRAVEX-BANK” in accordance with the terms of agreement signed on February 4, 2008.

In accordance with researches of TNS Ukraine company – PRAVEX-BANK became one of the leaders on level of clients’ contentment.

International rating agency Fitch assigned to PRAVEX-BANK “B-” rating, forecast – “Stable”.

Credit portfolio volume of JSCB “PRAVEX-BANK” on credit subjects of economic activity and individuals exceeded UAH 3 bn.

MayInternational rating agency Moody’s assigned to bank higher rating in accordance with national scale (NSR) to the level “A3.ua” from “Baa2.ua”. Bank’s shareholders decided to increase authorized capital on UAH 150 m. Bank was audited by Deloitte&Touche.

Bank became a member of UNIStream International Money Transfer System.

April According to Kyiv Municipal State Administration data, PRAVEX-BANK has entered the TOP 100 of the largest tax payers, that attests openness and high social responsibility of the company.
