     Previously, purchasing the ticket, you should ask whether it is allowed to return your ticket and in what cases. If you are intended to return the ticket, you should contact the agency in which the ticket was purchased with the passport of the returning individual and the ticket.

     Classes of booking depend on the class of service and cost of the air ticket. Class of booking is determined by the carrier and assumes certain price of the air ticket.
