Exhibition area Indoors – 6900 sq. m (hall 96x72 m, height 12m, 3 conference halls, a cafe), outdoors – 7000 sq. m.

Application for participation

The standard Application Contract is accepted before November 21.

Participation fees are paid regardless of the participation in the fair, they comprise:

• 150 EUR per each Company-Exhibitor (information on the company in the exhibition catalogue, Diploma of Participation in the exhibitions and 5 exhibition invitations for your business partners);
• 70 EUR per each official participant of the exhibitions (a copy of the official exhibition catalogue, an exhibition badge, a set of information and advertising, and souvenir materials, participation in all events held during the fairs: workshops, master-classes, the technical tour, tasting, official opening reception, cultural and excursion programs).

Exhibition Area

• 100 EUR per 1 sq. m of the indoor equipped exhibition area (SYMA wall construction, inscription of a company name on a frieze of stand, carpeting, general light, security, cleaning of the exhibition area);
• 70 EUR per 1 sq. m of the indoor unequipped exhibition area (carpeting, general light, security, cleaning of the exhibition area);
• 45 EUR per 1 sq. m of the outdoor unequipped exhibition area on the front yard of the Exhibition Center “Lemberg” (security, cleaning of the exhibition area, information and advertising post with inscription of a company name);

Extra Services

• 130 EUR Distance participation (information about Exhibitor in the official exhibition catalogue, receiving 2 copies of the exhibition catalogue and 2 exhibition invitations for your official representatives, their participation in workshops, master-classes, tasting, placement of your information on the Direction stand);
• 145 EUR office place at the Fairs (plastic table, 2 plastic chairs, cover, information card with the name and the logo of the company, carpeting, general light, security, cleaning).
