Most disputes between companies or individuals are resolved between the parties through negotiation, and this is always the fastest and the most inexpensive way to settle a dispute. Nevertheless, if agreement cannot be reached, a suit is often the only alternative.

We have an experience of participation in international arbitration proceedings both in Ukraine and abroad, having conducted arbitration under variety of international institutional and ad hoc arbitration rules, including the rules of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine, International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, Arbitration Institute of Stockholm Chamber of Commerce.
Also, we participated in the preparations of legal conclusions and advices on pleading abroad, dealing with European conventions on criminal and criminal-proceeding legal procedures, European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms.
