Our lawyers have incorporated wholly-owned subsidiaries of "Leco Instrumente Plzeň spol. s r.o" (Czech Republic) with subsequent representation of its interests either; incorporated new joint stock companies, whose control packet of shares belongs to "Ferroli S.P.A." (Italy), "Margaritelli Kaelin S.A." (Luxemburg). Also, our lawyers provided a legal escort for a transaction on purchasing of corporate rights belonging to "CTC Media, Inc." (USA) in "Music Radio, LLC" (Ukraine) on behalf of the American company.
