Conference House Company was created in 2004 and united the efforts of professionals having great experience in organizing of business-events.
From the moment of Conference House creation our team has conducted more then 50 different events and became the leader on Ukrainian market of conferences operators. Conference House is an independent Ukrainian company that doesn’t belong to any holdings and doesn’t represent interests of any business-groups or persons. Our approach to events organizing let us create projects almost in each field or branch, on the territory of Ukraine or abroad.
Main peculiarity of our work is complex approach to event organization. Most projects are initiated by the company itself and its stuff on the basis of analysis of home market demands.
All “vital cycle” of an event happens in the company’s walls: from the initial concept till its realization. Not depending on scale of an event we distinguish three main components of a project:
Ideology: event idea concretizes and becomes a concept that, in its turn, is filling with speeches themes and names of participants and acquires a shape of the final program. We never claim to expert opinion in project subject-matter that let us elaborate more objective view on discussed themes relying on points of view of recognized authorities of a branch and desires of specialists whom we expect to see at the conference.
As a rule, project marketing considers chargeable character of participation in the event. On the one hand, such a format is responsible to participants, who expect from participation in a paid arrangement concrete effect and high professional level of problems discussion. On the other hand, advancement of such event demands using of total means arsenal: widespread advertising and pr-campaign in press, cooperation with professional associations and pointwise work of our call centre.
In spite of simple problems put by, event organization takes great risks. Companies which undertake to organize arrangements on their own, often do not pay attention to this. An interesting program and full house do not guarantee success. The result of hard work of the whole collective can suffer from coffee of bad quality and mishmash with badges. The bigger the arrangement, the more failings. That is why the questions of organization at our company are under rough inner standards and differ by high requirements to contractors.
Long experience shows lack of priorities among these components. Only professionalism and efforts concentration in every aspect allows to count on participators and partners’ gratitude.
