Make sure that all the instructions received from the customers are correctly completed and are approved and signed by the authorized staff; forward instructions to the responsible departments within the bank;
Ensure that the customer is well informed about account balances, terms and conditions of the rendered services;
Opens and closes the accounts for Mid Corporate clients;
Prepares and monitors the legal clients’ files;
Prepares statements of accounts on a regular basis;
Prepares the letter for customers (regarding account opening/closing, general conditions and all other information mailed to the clients);
Cards administration: receives the application from the client, updates the database, prepares the documents for Head Office, keeps and handle the cards to the clients.
Requirements:
University Degree in Economics;
Minimum 1 year banking experience on a similar position;
Strong communication skills (both spoken and written, active listening);
Good Command of English;
Customer oriented, problem solving attitude, conflict management skills, stress tolerance;
Attention to details;
