Stanislav Skrypnyck, Partner Stanislav has started providing legal services since 1997. He has provided legal support for the activities of a joint-venture which was engaged in promotion of the well-known brands (official dealer of the "Ardo", "LG", "Humax", "Panasonic" brands etc), as well as in trade through an outlet chain of the goods manufactured by the "Laura Ashley" trade mark and furniture manufacturing. Since 2001 till 2004 Stanislav has provided legal services for the "Ukrresursy" State Joint Stock Company and was in charge of its legal department for over a year. Prior to working in "Lavrynovych & Partners", Stanislav for over 2.5 years has occupied the Director position of the "Yukos" Law Firm" LLC, which provided legal support for many business projects, in particular introducing a complex system of collecting, transporting, processing and utilizing the domestic waste (business projects by "GRINCO-Tsentr" Open Joint-Stock Company, and "Eko-Avto" Limited Liability Company). Stanislav possesses a significant experience in the area of civil, commercial, corporate and labour law, settlement of labour disputes and protection of the creditors' interests in bankruptcy proceedings. He was also engaged in drafting the decrees and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, drafting the official letters, orders and decisions by the State Property Fund of Ukraine, as well as of state ministries and other state bodies.
