Copyright registration In August, 2008 the work was continued for state registration of copyright and agreements concerning copyright to work, according to the Law of Ukraine "On Copyright and Neighboring Rights" of July 11, 2001 No.2627-III. In August 2008, 368 applications for copyright registration and 9 applications for registration of agreements concerning author’s right were filed; 370 decisions on copyright registration and 17 decisions on agreement registration were taken; 226 certificates were issued. Since the beginning of 2008 2148 registrations of copyright have been made and 128 decisions on registration of agreements concerning author's right for works have been issued.
