By making a booking you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Also, please note that by booking with us you are agreeing to be bound by the Terms & Conditions implied by the answers in the FAQ pages. We want to be clear and transparent in how we work with you, so please contact us if you have any questions or require any further clarification. Cancellations Bookings are not transferable from one apartment to another. In the event that you, the client, cancel, change the booking or do not show the booking deposit will not be refunded. Should KievApts.com cancel the booking we will make our best effort to arrange for an equal standard accommodation as a replacement or a full refund of the deposit will be made. Payment of Balance For apartments where the balance MUST be paid in cash, if the balance, or any part of the balance is not paid in cash, and so must be charged to the credit card, then an additional 20% will be added to the amount unpaid in cash, plus an administration fee of 20 dollars. Changes to Number of Guests Prices stated on the site are based on 1 – 2 travelers for studio / one bedroom apartments, 2 or 3 single travelers / 2 couples for 2 bedroom apartments, 3 or 4 single travelers / 3 couples for 3 bedroom apartments. If more full time tenants are expected, additional surcharges of $20 per person, per night may apply. Number and identity of the guests You, the client, will inform KievApts.com of the number of guests included within the booking. Unless otherwise agreed by KievApts.com, only the number of persons indicated by the client when booking shall be authorized to use the apartment. The number of persons who may use the apartment may not exceed the number of persons allocated for each apartment. Pets are only allowed where permission has specifically been granted. In the event that KievApts.com or any of its agents discover any infringement of the aforementioned obligations, KievApts.com, at its sole discretion, will be entitled to request the client to leave the apartment and the client shall have no right to claim any type of compensation whatsoever. Cleaning The apartment shall be cleaned prior to the arrival of each client in the apartment. When leaving the apartment, the client will be obliged to leave the apartment in a reasonable condition. Cell Phone Rental Cash or Credit card deposit for $75 is required for this service. Security deposit is returned immediately upon return of the phone. Behavior The client signing the agreement will be liable for the correct and decent behavior of all the persons accompanying him/her. Should that person or any of the persons accompanying him/her not behave in a suitable and responsible way, KievApts.com shall be entitled to request the client and the persons accompanying him/her to leave the apartment without the right for the latter to claim any type of compensation whatsoever. Limitation of Liability KievApts.com excludes all warranties, express or implied relating to this website. This includes but is not limited to, any implied warranty that the information it contains is accurate or up-to-date or is suitable for any particular purpose. KievApts.com shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as the result of the use of this website. KievApts.com shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise as a consequence of the use by the client of the apartment, including without limitation, damages, insurance, losses because of fires, robbery or criminal behavior. Our Website KievApts.com reserves the right to update any of its terms and conditions at any time, as may be required and as may be in line with the company’s business. The obligation is placed on all users of the website to ensure adequate measures are taken to maintain an awareness of such terms and conditions on a regular basis. By agreeing to use this site, it is implied that any such changes are accepted by any such third party and, that any such third party undertakes to comply with any such changes.
