Incoming Reinsurance

  1. TAS IG CJSC offers its services as Reinsurer under voluntary and obligatory agreements on incoming reinsurance with proportional and non-proportional liability distribution on the condition of Reinsurers’ insurance.
  2. TAS IG CJSC guarantees a response for participation in risk reinsurance within the following terms:

    • voluntary insurance: within 2 (two) working hrs since the time of getting a proposal;
    • obligatory reinsurance: within 2 (two) working days since the date of collecting information necessary for making a decision.
  3. TAS IG CJSC offers its partners permanent reinsurance volumes by using retrocession in obligatory reinsurance programs:

    • land-based vehicle insurance: UAH 100,000 per one vehicle (20% retrocession right);
    • legal entities and individuals property insurance: UAH 25,000,000 (a retrocession right; USD 350,000 net retention);
    • other types of insurance: to UAH 1,000,000 (for net retention).
