Atlas HRM Automated System
Purpose
Atlas HRM automated system ensures informatization of human resources management to keep record of employees in an organization, staff members – government employees, technical people, and reserve in compliance with the current legislation on enumerating government employees and other workers. The system ensures information support of activities pursued by the HRM and Security Department.
Atlas HRM enables differentiation, authorization and confirmation of access to information at the level of the entire system, each screen (function, set of functions), allows retrieving each specific report (group of reports), and viewing record level data.
