THE METHOD, TECHNOLOGY AND PURIFICATION FACILITIES OF INDUSTRIAL SEWAGE WATERS FROM HEAVY METALS AND PETROLEUM

Basic characteristics, essence of elaboration.

The more perfect method, technology and refiners of industrial waste waters from heavy metals and petroleum are developed. They allow to create a system of water recycling. The basic method of purification is flotation. The process is done in sequential working multiple-chamber impeller flotation device and pneumatic flotation column in reagent or non-reagent mode.

Patent search and competitive analysis results.

The development is competitive towards analogous ones. Copyright certificates of the USSR (NBA 1066096, 1205378, 1293116, 1161474, 1353737) are obtained. The results of development are presented for protection by the patent of Ukraine.

Comparison with world analogues.

The comparative analysis made on the basis of patent search (among leader countries: Germany, the Great Britain, the USA, Japan, the CIS) shows that the method, technology and refiners of industrial waste waters from heavy metals and petroleum on set of essential attributes has no any analogs.

Economic appeal of the elaboration for market promotion, application and realization, parameters, price.

The development is non-polluting, highly-productive, demands minimum capital and working costs, it allows to reduce considerably expence of a pure water, to utiTize heavy metals. The installations are 4-6 times are more productive than sumps, take the small surface, their activity is easy automated. A guiding price of development - 100000 $.

Branches, ministries, departments, enterprises and organizations where elaboration can be applied.

The development can be realized in chemical, a petmchemical industry, colour and imn and steel industry, water supply systems; at the enterprises of the Ministry of chemical and a petmchemical induslxy and a private sector of an industry.

Current operational status.

The tests at laboratory-scale plants as well as at the enterprises of potential consumers we done.
