Before you will make an order, you must become acquainted and agree with the booking rules. If you do not agree with the booking rules, your order to the «BRATISLAVA» will not be accepted, and the All-Hotels service will not book the apartment.
RESERVATION POLICY 1. REQUEST FOR RESERVATION. 1.1 A reservation request is created on the All-hotels server, confirmed by you by e-mail, and processed by All-hotels within one working day (on working days, requests are processed from 10:00 AM till 6:00 PM; at weekends and on national holidays, requests are not processed). 1.2 A reservation request should contain the following information: customer name; customer citizenship; destination city; hotel name (with possible alternative options); arrival date; number of nights; number and type of ordered suites; a list of extra services booked. Application forms from foreign citizens are accepted only by on-line reservation via website All-Hotels (no phone, no fax). 1.3 The hotel reservation is allowed 3 weeks before your settlement. Prepayment is required. 1.4 A reservation request will be considered invalid and will not be processed without confirmation by the identification key, which will be sent by the All-hotels server to the indicated e-mail address. This is done in order to verify your mailbox. 2. CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION 2.1 After we receive confirmation from the hotel, you will be sent an invoice for reservation services. All-hotels charges 25% of the confirmed accommodation cost. In case the traveller orders a partnered hotel such service fee is not charged. 2.2 The All-hotels service sends a confirmation for the hotel and services reservation order in the form of a voucher or a number of your reservation. The voucher is a document which contains information on the ordered services. 2.3 If it is impossible to confirm the hotel you want to book (where you indicated this option in your reservation request), All-hotels will offer an alternative option. 3. RATES. 3.1 Rates are quoted per suite. If rates are quoted per person it is specially indicated in information about suites. Sometimes the room rate includes breakfast, it is also indicated on the page of the hotel. 3.2 Orders may have a confirmed price higher than standard rate prices. This is due to hotels being overcrowded during the days of various events. Prices can also change when state duties, or other circumstances beyond the control of All-hotels, change (fluctuations in currency exchange rates, etc.). 5. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION, AND FINES. 5.1 Cancellations of ordered reservations shall be sent to the office of All-hotels in electronic form, or in writing. In case of the prepayment for living at the hotel and cancellation of the order, the client should inform All-Hotels at least 1 day before arrival. In this case the client will get back his money. 5.2 All-hotels will apply the following fine: - cost of a suite in the case of no-show or late cancellation (on the day of assumed arrival or even later) 6. PAYMENT TERMS. Confirmed services shall be paid for before they are rendered (or the stay begins), but in any case within 3 days after the invoice date, if no other terms of payment are stipulated. Payment can be made by transfer of funds to the account (individuals can pay through the nearest bank branch). For speedy confirmation of payment, a copy of the transfer order or bank receipt shall be submitted. All-hotels reserves the right to cancel the order if the customer fails to pay on time. 7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES. 7.1 All-hotels is fully liable to the customer for guaranteed reservation of the ordered accommodation. 7.2 All-hotels is fully liable to the customer for timely payment for services booked by the hotel, and guarantees their performance according to the reservation list (where the customer pays 100 % of the stay price in advance). 7.3 All-hotels and the Customer are released from mutual liability, fully or partially, in the case of force majeure circumstances: fire, flood, earthquake, any other natural calamities, or any kind of warful actions, which hinder the performance of the contractual obligations. 7.4 All-hotels shall bear no liability for the following: - for an embassy's denial of, or delay in, issuing entry visas to the customer, as well as financial and moral losses arising in connection with this; - for the customer being late for the flight or train departure at the specified time; - for late arrival of transportation means to the point of destination or arrival back, which has resulted in a change or disruption of additional services (transfer, excursion program or annulling of a hotel reservation) ordered through All-hotels; - for an impossibility of travel due to improper execution of the customer's documents, or the customer having communicated wrong information required to prepare the tour; - for cancellation of flight or change in flight times, and related changes in the tour program; - for passing through customs and border controls by the customer; - for damage done by the customer to a third party; - for safe keeping of the customer's luggage and personal property during the travel; - for services booked through other agencies and being a part of the tour program. - for additional services which the customer has used, provided by a hotel or a company. These services shall be paid for on-site. 8. CONTRACT. We will treat your reservation order as an offer to make a business contract between us, which shall enter into force upon our confirmation of your reservation order.
