Participation terms:
Participation in an exhibition means the presentation of the goods for the people at large wide in the certain terms appointed under given action, in place specially allocated under an exhibition.
At an exhibition the presentation, demonstration or trade in various kinds of the goods and services can be carried out.
For participation in an exhibition it is necessary:
To give in the the tentative requisition (to fill the given form and to direct to the Organizer.
To pay participation according to the accountexposed on the basis of the Application. It is paid:
registration payment (includes: protection of the stand, cleaning of the stand, manufacturing the badges, a package of documents, accommodation of the information on firm-participant in an official exhibition catalogue, accreditation of 2 representatives of firm on a cocktail-reception.)
exhibition area (the equipped exhibition stand, the exhibition stand nonequipped or correspondence participation). The complete set of the equipped stands can vary. You will find examples of execution the equipped exhibition stand in gallery of the equipment.
the additional equipment and services.
To direct to the Organizer not later than 10 days prior to the beginning of an exhibition the information to an exhibition catalogue according to requirements of the Organizer.
Prior to the beginning of an exhibition to issue the Contract, upon termination of an exhibition - Certificates of the executed works.
