KEY RESPOSIBILITIES: - Operational Research & Support: regular reporting to management, headquarters and shareholders; regular interaction with data and research agency responsible for daily people metrics; analysis and recommendation for on-air and off-air advertising activities. - Strategic Research: strategic planning, competitive research, quantitative and qualitative Studies. - Administrative: work process and space organization, research budget administration REQUIREMENTS : Overall: result oriented, good attitude to work and research, strong ability to secure independent opinion in a politicized environment; Experience: research positions on television and in television media, media advertising agencies, experience in research for at least 2-3 years as well as in marketing, experience in financial analysis is a significant advantage; Skills: utmost developed analytical skills, ability to draw conclusions out of the data, excellent soft skills, ability to work in a highly diverse environment; good presentation skills, ability to present conclusions clearly to non-research professionals and creative people; fluent written and spoken English, native Ukrainian/Russian; computer skills above average is a must, excellent Excel skills is a must; MarkData (software used in media analysis) skills is a plus.
