Grenada amending offshore laws
ST. GEORGE'S, Grenada (AP) - Grenada is amending its finance laws as the
Caribbean nation prepares to relaunch its offshore sector.
Angus Smith, chief of the island's financial regulatory body, said Sunday
the Offshore Act Amendment Bill will give the attorney general the
authority to take immediate court action against any offshore entity
suspected of fraud.
