Welcome to ERR 2006
Dear Colleague,
On behalf of the European Radiation Research Society (ERRS) and the Ukrainian Society for Radiation Biology (USRB) Committees it is our pleasure to invite you to participate in the 35th Annual Meeting of the ERRS. The Meeting will be held in Kiev, Ukraine, August 22–25, at the Expocenter of Ukraine and Taras Shevchenko Kiev National University, Department of Biology. Kiev is an historic beautiful city that welcomes international visitors. It is readily accessible by rail and the international airports.
The program of ERR 2006 will include all aspects of basic and applied radiation research. Progress in the different sub-disciplines will be revealed through plenary talks, general lectures, symposia and poster sessions. There will be a large exhibition area including publishers, booksellers, laboratory equipment manufactures, etc., designed to demonstrate the newest products and applications in the radiation research.
This Meeting will provide us not only with the opportunity to learn about the newest radiation research developments, but also to strengthen professional and personal contacts with colleagues throughout the world.
Besides the full and exciting scientific program we also invite you to enjoy Kiev and its surroundings. The buildings, cathedrals and museums provide hours of interesting experiences for Meeting participants.
We both are sure we will all have a memorable and scientifically stimulating Meeting in Kiev and look forward to meeting with you there in August 2006!
