Key services we provide: I. Internal Controls Documenting internal controls aimed to ensure reliable financial statement preparation, operational effectiveness and efficiency; Recommendations on improvements in internal control system; Testing of design and operational effectiveness of control; Assistance in remedial action implementation; Development and optimization of internal control systems II. Internal Audit Internal audit training, benchmarking and development Business-process and risk analysis; Analysis of internal audit function alignment with the company’s strategic objectives; Assessment of overall quality of company’s Internal Audit function and its policies and procedures; Development of recommendations on improvements. III. Enterprise Risk Management Identification and assessment of key risks to achieving business objectives and preserving shareholder value; Assistance in developing corporate governance and enterprise risk management infrastructure and systems. Requirements for a BRS professional (Staff level): Excellent analytical and problem solving skills; Client-focused, self-started and effective team player; Recognized higher education degree; Professional attitude and strong communication skills, both written and oral; Previous experience in accounting / finance control more than 1 year; Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint; Fluency in English, Ukrainian and Russian; 1+ year experience of working in related position (Controlling/Internal Audit/Risk Management in a big organization.
