Accountant (Expense/Advance Reports, Bank Transactions) Job Requirements: • University degree (accounting, finance, economy, etc.) • 1-2 relevant experience in the international company is preferred • Good level of English • Experienced PC user Key Responsibilities: • Reviews Expense Reports and Advance Reports in terms of their compliance with EY policies on the reimbursement of business trip expenses. • Keeps accounting for settlements with advance holders in the national and foreign currencies, (accounts 3721, 3722, 3724 in 1C, and 19000017 in GFIS); • Generates bank account statements from the client-bank system on a daily basis by all E&Y entities; • Prepares cash balance and receipts statements, making payments through the client-bank system; • Prepares sets of documents for crediting receipts in foreign currency and for outgoing payments; • Prepares sets of documents for bank deposits; prepares and submits the cash flow statements.
