Senior Consultant - ERP Quality Assurance (ERP-Audit) Requirements: 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation; Business-oriented viewpoint; Knowledge of architecture of SAP ERP and/or Microsoft Dynamics AX; Practical knowledge of ASAP/valueSAP and/or OnTarget; Effective team player; Professional attitude and strong communication skills, both written and oral; Fluent English is an advantage; Responsibilities: Project leadership in the area of ERP independent consultancy: I. Implementation feasibility study Understanding client’s business, its drivers and constraints; Determination of benefits which may be achieved in case of successful ERP implementation; Determination of implementation project risks; Development of implementation project strategy. II. System selection & contracting process Methodological support of clients during all steps of system selection – requirements definition, development of Request For Proposal, communication to vendors etc; Definition of requirements to demo scripts; Participation in reference visits; Assistance in contract negotiation; Assistance in project definition (negotiation of Project Charter, communication methods, change management procedures, etc). III. Implementation Quality Assurance Definition of the approach to quality assurance ; Development of results acceptance criteria; Validation of results acceptance; Validation of project management performance; Validation of major project decisions; Regular review of project risks. IV. Post-Implementation Review Analysis of efficiency of ERP system usage; Development of recommendations how to improve usage efficiency.
