The traditional Slavic festival of spring, “From Candlemas to Shrovetide,” will be celebrated from February 20th to March 16th in the Empire Restaurant.
During this festival, you will be able to enjoy Beluga caviar wrapped in buckwheat crêpes, salmon roe in wheat crêpes, crêpes stuffed with smoked salmon or seafood smothered in cream sauce, and many other delightful crêpe dishes.
