Speyside
Macallan Fine Oak 12 YO
The Macallan is one of the world’s most prized and admired Single Malts. Its peerless reputation has been built by the commitment of The Masters of Spirit and Wood, those craftsmen at the heart of The Macallan for almost two centuries. Their obsessive pursuit of perfection has ensured the consistent quality that has characterized The Macallan since it was licensed in 1824.
Today, in the finest hotels, bars and restaurants around the world, from New York to Shanghai, The Macallan is sought after and savored by discerning whisky lovers who recognize it as the world’s most precious whisky
Carefully nurtured by its Masters of Spirit and Wood and guided by The Six Pillars, The Macallan remains The Single Malt against which all others must be judged. It is, quite simply, The Malt.
Glenfarclas 15 YO
The story of Glenfarclas Distillery, established in 1836, is as rich and colorful as the great Glenfarclas Single Highland Malt Scotch Whisky itself. It is the story of one Scottish family, the Grants, who since 1865 have been united by a single vision – the creation of the perfect malt whisky, the ultimate taste of Scotland.
Multi-award winning Glenfarclas Single Highland Malt Scotch Whisky continues to impress the tasting panels at both national and international competitions, year after year. Confirming the words of a great rival distiller in 1912, ‘of all the whiskies malt is king – of all the kings Glenfarclas reigns supreme’.
Highland
Glenmorangie 10 YO
Glenmorangie is an inviting single malt whisky, acclaimed and appreciated by luxury spirit drinkers around the world.
The original expression of Glenmorangie’s elegant, floral spirit that is renowned the world over for exquisite finesse and alluring complexity, Glenmorangie The Original is the intriguing marriage of delicate spirit and long, slow maturation.
The Glenmorangie is, quite simply, the most delicate and deliciously complex single malt whisky in the world.
Islay
Bunnahabhain 12 YO
Bunnahabhain (pronounced Bu-na-ha-venn) lies on the isolated northeastern tip of Islay. In 1879, an idyllic site was chosen the following year close to the Margadale River (Bunnahabhain means ‘mouth of the river’ in the Scots’ Gaelic tongue).
Today, the Bunnahabhain Distillery maintains the traditional production methods of the 1800s. Bunnahabhain is quite distinct from the other single malts of the island, given the wonderfully gentle taste profile for which it is known. There are two reasons for this: Firstly, it has been created using lightly peated malt barley in a time-honored distillation process and, secondly, this isolated coastal sanctuary takes advantage of the pure
spring water that freely flows underground away from the peaty moorlands.
