111 is a short number for MTS network mobile phones (calls are free-for-charge within Ukraine boundaries). New and existing MTS subscribers can use it to get information about tariffs, loyalty programs, services and financial issues.

  • Information about promotions, special offers and conditions for Your number. The Company’s potential clients may call the number 8 044 240 0000 (call cost in accordance with the chosen MTS tariff) and receive general information about MTS: current promotions, tariffs, frequently asked questions, etc.
  • The emergency service number (from fixed phones – 8 044 240 0000, call cost in accordance with the chosen MTS tariff). MTS contract subscribers may call to these numbers in case of loss of their phone, number blocking, problems with the SMS messages service, as well as if they have propositions concerning the company’s coverage.  Subscribers of prepaid services may use it to reactivate their number, restore their PUK code, or make propositions concerning the company’s coverage.
