Top up cards

Top up cards – the simplest and most accessible way to top up your account.

 
MTS offers Top up cards – a new convenient way of account topping up for MTS Prepaid and JEANS subscribers.
 
Top up cards are account topping up scratch cards with face values of 25, 50, 100 and 200 UAH.
 
In case of account topping up with Top up card of any value MTS Prepaid validity term will be set to 365 days. In the situation where there is no incoming/outgoing calls or SMS during 180 days, service provision will be terminated. Maximal call duration – 1800 seconds. Please make sure to prolong the card validity term in advance, since upon the service termination the number may not be restored, and the account balance will not be saved.

How to top up account

To top up your account, remove the sheeting on the back of the voucher. Under the sheeting, you will find 14 figures – the confidential updating code.
 
The simplest way to top up your account is to dial on your phone’s keypad without blanks the following combination: *100*confidential updating code#  (in Ukraine and in the majority of countries in roaming).
 
In addition, you may top up your account with the help of the voice menu:
    • Call 7722 (free-of-charge, only in Ukraine).
    • Follow voice prompts and enter without pauses the 14 figures of the confidential code.

 

The usual topping up number 5555 is also accessible for JEANS subscribers.
 
Topping up of MTS Prepaid and JEANS accounts takes place on-line.
 
To check your MTS Prepaid or JEANS account status, call: *101#  .   
 
In case any questions arise concerning your account topping up, call 111 from MTS Prepaid/JEANS mobile (free-of-charge in Ukraine, 24h). Keep the used voucher and the cash check.
 
You may top up your account with the Joint Voucher at any time in Ukraine and in the majority of countries in roaming. The list of the countries is accessible from the website mts.com.ua.
 
In parallel with Top up cards, vouchers are available of the previous type, as well as electronic vouchers. Each of them is valid till the date specified on the voucher.
