Voice Mail GSMWhat is Voice MailVoice Mail is the MTS service that operates as a usual answering machine. It allows accepting and storing voice messages even if your phone is switched off or you cannot answer the phone. You will be notified about incoming voice mail and may check the phone number of the subscriber who recorded the message, using an SMS message that Voice Mail would send to you.
Voice Mail SetupCall the MTS Call Center or contact the MTS Client Service Department. If you are a MTS prepaid user, activate this service manually by dialing at 7744. MTS prepaid users are required to pay UAH 10.00 for every call made at 7744. Using the menu, select the desired profiles of call forwarding to Voice Mail. Set the forwarding options you selected at: +38 050 120 0001. With the activation of the Voice Mail service, call forwarding to Voice Mail will be active for new users when subscriber's phone is switched off, busy or beyond the coverage area. Subscribers may change the forwarding settings individually. To record your personal greeting or verbal signature, set an access password at your Voice Mailbox and retrieve voice mail, dial +38 050 120 0000 from your mobile phone (Your initial password is 0000). You will hear the first Voice Mail greeting in Russian. To switch to English, call MTS Call Center. View Service ChargesFirst voice greeting of Voice mail service will be at Russian language. If you do not use the Voice Mail over a 3-month period, the service may be deactivated. To re-activate the Voice Mail at no charge, call to the MTS Call Center at 111 (a free toll line for calls within Ukraine) or contact the nearest MTS shop. Print version |
