Mobile GPRS Internet Usage Terms

If you want to start using Mobile GPRS Internet, you need:

• To have a GPRS/EDGE-enabled terminal connected to PC (personal computer) or PPC (pocket personal computer). Remember that with smartphones you can use Internet, Intranet resources and work with e-mail without connecting to PC or PPC;
• Call MTS Contact Centre on 111 to get the data transmission service activated (if you are using MTS WAP or Data Transmission, the service is already activated for your telephone number);
• Create a new Dial-Up connection in your access terminal or smartphone with appropriate networking properties (Remote network access, Dial-up Networking) and adjust proper software (Web-browser, mail client, etc.)

Mobile GPRS Internet Charges

• No activation charge or connection set-up fee!
• Price of 1 ÌB of data transmitted and received;
• For billing purposes, 1 ÌB = 1024 ÊB and 1 ÊB = 1024 bytes, rounded to 5ÊB (for contract MTS subscribers);
