New quality of MTS Customer Care

The new, most modern MTS Contact Center is an extended network of auto-informers that enables the company’s clients, without excessive efforts and unnecessary spending of time, to:

    • receive an answers to the majority of questions that arise when you use mobile communication;
    • directly contact the Contact Center operator for help.

 

Contact the Contact Center any time of day at the free-of-charge numbers:

    • 111 short mobile number used for calls from mobile phones connected to the MTS network (calls are free-of-charge in Ukraine). Through this number, new and existing MTS subscribers may find out tariffs, loyalty programs, services and their account status. It's also the emergency service number (from fixed phones – 8 044 240 0000, call cost in accordance with the chosen MTS tariff). You may call to the specified numbers in case you have lost your phone, you have a question regarding blocking of your number, difficulties with SMS messages, as well as to express your wishes concerning the company’s coverage. The number by which you may receive information about promotions, special offers and conditions for your numbers. Potential clients of the company may call from a fixed phone to number 8 044 240 0000 (call cost in accordance with the chosen MTS tariff) and receive general information about MTS: current promotions, tariffs, up-to-date questions, etc.

     

    For calling from abroad, use the numbers:

      • +38 050 508 1111 (calls are paid);
      • 111 – short mobile number (calls are paid).

     

    You may receive necessary information in the automatic mode using additional short numbers of the Contact Center:

      • 977 free-of-charge inquiry on account status (for contract subscribers) or USSD request: *110*10#;
      • 188 – inquiry about the number of bonus minutes used and the package of services price remains. The cost of a call is 0.26 UAH (with the VAT). It is used only for provision of information concerning packages with bonus minutes.
        Or USSD request: *110*20#.

     

    For legal entities, ordering of services is carried out on the basis of applications sent by fax. Fax numbers of the MTS Contact Center:
